Bitrix24 is a collection of tools for client management, tasks, and projects, customer support, internal communications, and e-commerce. Plans start from free, moving up through three special plans and two business plans, with the top plan being their Professional plan, a complete business tool suite.

You will find basic CRM and essential tools relating to tasks and projects, communication, chat, and video calls in the free plan. Combinations of these, at Basic, Advanced, and Pro levels, are included in the different plans offered, along with CRM marketing, sales intelligence, and a sales center in some plans.

You can send emails to prospects and customers directly from your CRM – 1,000 per month on the free plan, up to 1,000,000 per month on the Professional plan. You need one of the following three plans if you want to send bulk emails as part of your marketing, however: CRM+, Standard, or Professional.

As Bitrix24 includes a CRM, you can create static or dynamic segments and craft a unique email campaign for each group of customers or prospects. It also includes trigger-based emails and email marketing automation. 

Your email marketing lists can be used to target audiences on Facebook, Instagram, or Google, so you can reach people who do not open emails that you’ve sent. You can even use other channels in Bitrix24, such as instant messages via FB Messenger, Viber, Telegram, SMS, telemarketing, and others.

Bitrix24 includes free email marketing templates, a landing page, and a capture form builder. You can easily design offers and track statistics inside the Bitrix24 CRM marketing module.

Bitrix24 is available in cloud and on-premise with source code access. You can install it on your own server and customize it as necessary.
